The International Symposium on Advanced Technology (ISAT) is an event organized and spearheaded by the Engineering Departments consortium of Kogakuin University of Technology and Engineering (Japan), University of Danang- University of Science and Technology (Vietnam) and Southern Taiwan University of Science and Technology. In 2017, the University of the Philippines Los Baños was officially recognized as a member of the consortium through the College of Engineering and Agro-industrial Technology.
